Zoom Hybrid Meeting Setup Instructions


Step 1: Press the Touch Panel to Begin.



Step 2: Select the Source Wall Input to start the projection system.



Step 3: Connect the USB-C adapter to your laptop. The cables labeled "zoom" and "projector" should be plugged into the USB-C adapter. Pictured to the right.



Step 4: Launch Zoom and navigate to Settings.



Step 5: Adjust the Video Settings. Click the dropdown for Camera and select USB Capture SDI+, checkmark HD, Mirror my video, and Adjust for low light


Step 6: Adjust the Audio Settings. Click the dropdown for Speaker and select ExtronScalerD. Click the dropdown for Microphone and select Line In (2-USB Capture SDI+ Line In).


Step 7: Begin Zoom Meeting and Share your Screen



Step 8: (Optional) On the Touch Panel, select the Camera Controls tab. Here you can enable the Motion Tracking feature and change the Camera Preset Views.
