2020 March 19 - Talk to us before taking your desktop home!

Hi everyone,

In the general case we are able to support you taking your office desktop PC or Mac home. However, there are things we need to take care of *before* you remove it from the campus network or you may find you're unable to log into it when you get home. If this ends up being the case, you'll need to make an appointment to bring it back to campus on a day when we can arrange to have somebody there to make the necessary configuration changes.

If your MSO or PI has approved taking home desktop equipment, please contact SSCF so we can prepare it before you disconnect it from the campus network.
