Filter Email from a Specific Domain

If you'd like to delete all email from a specific domain, you can do so by creating a filter.

If you use Gmail, open a message from the domain you want to block, then choose the "three dots" button and select "Filter messages like these".

In the "from" field, change the the sender username (the part to the left of the @ sign) to an asterisk and click create filter.

Then check the following boxes:

  • Delete it

  • Never mark it as important

  • Also apply the filter to X matching conversations. (Assuming you also want to delete all existing messages from this domain.)

And click "Create filter"
